A shared dream became a restaurant in Oakland Park built with purpose. Pablo Crespo once imagined owning a restaurant alongside his brother, Silvio, and their family carried that dream forward, bringing Prospect Pizzeria to life through years of work, dedication, and sacrifice. Food is made in house with care and attention to detail, with Prospects pizza and subs among the familiar choices that bring people to the table. We are proudly family owned and operated by Pablo Crespo and Sandra Crespo , alongside their daughter, Sophia Crespo, their son Pablo Crespo Jr and his family. For Pablo, owning a restaurant was a lifelong dream, one he shared with his beloved brother, Silvio Crespo. Sadly, Silvio passed away in 2020. After losing his brother, Pablo became even more determined to turn the dream they once shared into a reality. Through years of hard work, dedication, and sacrifice, the Crespo family brought Prospect Pizzeria to life
